So if you follow her on twitter, you’ll know that Jakface got a cease and desist letter from EA regarding her…

The laws regarding fair use are wiggly at best. I imagine they’re more concerned with the amount of money she’s made off of it then the actual use of their intellectual property. Either way, I’m afraid you won’t get to far trying to fight it. 

To be honest I’m surprised she didn’t get stopped earlier. It was a risk I’m sure she was aware of. It was shitty of them to wait so long, but I imagine they took a while to get it through the channels. Legal departments are like that.
